1. Create Logo/Theme
2. Create Theme:/Logo:Wikiname page on Only Designer
3. Upload A Thumb of Logo/Theme
4. Add a link to Theme:/Logo:Wikiname on the request page and mark it closed (Change Open_Request to Closed_Request)
5. Notice the user who requested the theme on theyre talk page and add {{Welcome}} if it's a new contrib.
