Ugly Betty Background image
Hi there, I'm having some difficulties create a wiki background image for the Ugly Betty Wiki. I have this image on the right of this page.
Currently it is 146kb and I'm trying to lessen it down to 100kb without losing too much quality, so I tried cropping the sides of the image off. This doesn't seem to work as this doubles the files (not sure what I'm doing wrong!). I also tried using a transparent backgroud but that seems to quadruple in file size.
I don't really mind if you decide to chop the sides off as I can set the background color to #B2D8ED, so it still blends in.
